Application Status, Problems and Solutions of Mechanical Oil Lifting Systems in Changqing Oilfield

摘要 长庆油田属于典型的低渗、低产油田,其开发基本采用定向井、丛式井组方式,油井全部采用机械采油方式生产,因此长庆油田在抽油机、抽油杆、抽油泵的使用方面存在一些特殊性。文章结合现场生产数据、根据经验及相关理论,从机、杆、泵的型号、技术参数、尺寸、性能等方面,阐述了长庆油田使用这些采油机具进行采油的现状、存在的问题和对策,对特种泵的需求也进行了论述。 As a typical low-permeability, low-production oilfield, Changqing Oilfield employs basically the directional wells and multiwell cluster for oil development and totally the mechanical method for oil production. Therefore, there are some special problems with their application due to special wellbore structures and different production characteristics. The paper presents insightful analysis and description of the above situation according to on-site production data, application experience and related theories. In the paper, the application status, problems and solutions of the oil lifting systems in Changqing Oilfield are described in aspects of models, parameters, dimensions and performances of the pumping units, rods and pumps, and the particular demand for special pumps is also discussed.
