摘要
本文立足于中医辨证论治理论与特色,详细阐述了中医疗效评价方法的古今演变以及中医证侯疗效评价研究的原则和理念,并具体介绍了本团队通过系统复习、采纳循证医学和临床流行病等方法分别在病证结合模式和单一证候模式下研制中医证候疗效评价量表的构想与结果,同时对研究过程中遇到的问题提出了一些思考,冀以为证候类新药疗效评价研究带来更多的启示。
Based on the theory and characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,this paper elaborates on the ancient and modern evolution of TCM efficacy evaluation methods and the principles and concepts of TCM syndromes evaluation research.In this paper,the concept and results of the TCM syndrome evaluation scale by the adoption of evidence-based medicine and clinical epidemiology,under the disease syndrome combination mode and single syndrome mode,were systematically introduced.In addition,we come up with some thoughts concerning the problems we encountered during the research.Finally,we hope our research may have some inspiration and contribution to the development of the efficacy evaluation methods of new TCM syndromes drugs.
