摘要
目的:观察安神固阳方联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗原发性早泄的疗效。方法:选取我院2016年2月~2017年2月收治的原发性早泄患者112例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组56例。所有患者每晚饭后口服盐酸帕罗西汀20 mg/次,1次/天,连续治疗8周。治疗组在此基础上加用安神固阳方,连续治疗8周。治疗结束后进行疗效评价。治疗前后,根据患者最近3次性生活情况填写阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT)均值。治疗前后,采用中国早泄患者性功能评价表(CIPE-5)评估早泄严重程度。记录治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为92. 86%和75. 00%,两组总有效率比较存在显著性差异(P <0. 05)。治疗后,治疗组平均IELT显著高于对照组(P <0. 05),且治疗组平均IELT增加时间显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗后,两组CIPE-5评分、配偶性生活满意度和患者性生活满意度均显著上升(P <0. 05),且治疗组显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。两组均未发生严重不良反应,不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:安神固阳方联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗原发性早泄延长患者射精潜伏期,改善夫妻双方性生活质量,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推荐。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of using Anshen Guyang Recipe combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation.Methods :112 cases of primary premature ejaculation patients admitted ih our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the study subjects.Using random number table method to divide patients into treatment group and controlled group,each group of 56cases.All patients were orally treated with Paroxetine Hydrochloride 20mg/time,once per day for 8 weeks.On this basis,the treatment group plus Anshen Guyang Recipe,continuous treatment for 8weeks.After the end of treatment to evaluate the efficacy.Before and after treatment,according to the patient's recent three sex life to fill the vaginal ejaculation latency (IELT)mean.Before and after treatment,used Chinese premature ejaculation patients with sexual function evaluation table (CIPE-5)to assess the severity of premature ejaculation.Recorded the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment.Results :The total effective rates of the treatment group and the controlled group were 92.86%and 75.00%respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05).After treatment,the mean IELT in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group (P <0.05),and the mean IELT increase in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group (P <0.05).After treatment,the scores of CIPE-5 score,spousal life satisfaction and patient's sexual life were significantly increased (P <0.05),and the treatment group was significantly higher than the controlled group (P <0.05).There was no significant adverse reaction between the two groups.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions (P >0.05).Conclusion :Using Anshen Guyang Recipe combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation can improve the quality of life of both spouses,and has a high safety,worthy of clinical recommendations.
