摘要
针对汽车仪表板帽檐和气囊区域有倒扣的特点,设计了带辅助杆形式的斜顶组件脱模结构的模具,并介绍了模具动、定模顶出结构及斜顶组件结构的运动原理,模具结构灵活、可靠,注射出的塑件尺寸稳定,表面光洁,无飞边,对类似塑件的模具设计有一定的参考作用。
An injection mould with assistant rod-type slanted ejecting component for demoulding was designed for an automobile instrument panel based on its characteristics with upended cover. The moving principle of the ejecting mechanism at moving and fixed half and the slanted ejecting component was presented.
