摘要
目的:分析中药防栓合剂对妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓的防治研究。方法:选择在我科行盆腔恶性肿瘤、良性肿瘤的患者各40例,比较两组术后治疗前的一般临床资料,最后纳入符合病例的恶性肿瘤患者35例、良性肿瘤患者30例为观察组与对照组;进而运用中药防栓合剂对观察组术后进行早期干预,观察其在术后第1、3、5天的患肢临床表现、血小板计数、D-二聚体、红细胞聚集指数、血浆粘度、全血粘度高切的检测结果,并与对照组对比研究。结果:妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后容易并发下肢深静脉血栓的形成。结论:依据"治未病"思想对妇科恶性肿瘤的患者给予中药防栓合剂干预可达到预防效果。
Objective:To analyze the prevention and treatment of LDVT after gynecologic malignant tumor surgery by traditional Chinese medicine antithrombotic mixture.Methods:40 patients with pelvic malignant tumors and benign tumors were selected.After analyzing the pre-treatment general clinical data between two groups,35 patients with malignant tumors and 30 patients with benign tumors were selected as the observation group and the control group.Then the anti thrombus mixture of Chinese medicine was used to perform the early intervene in the observation group,the results of the clinical manifestation,platelet count and D-dimer,red cell assembling index,plasma viscosity,high viscosity of whole blood were observed on the first,third,fifth days after the surgery,compared with the control group.Results:The patients with gynecologic malignant tumor were prone to LDVT formation after the surgery.Conclusion:The prevention effect can be achieved after the intervention of antithrombotic mixture of Chinese medicine on gynecologic malignant tumor according to the idea of preventively treating the disease.
