摘要
目前,一次风管中煤粉浓度和速度的实时在线准确测量是精细化燃烧调控的重要前提。基于超声法非接触、自清洁等显著优点,提出了一种基于超声波的新型非接触式风粉在线监测系统,该系统用于600MW机组上一次风流速和煤粉浓度的测量,测量数据与DCS的数据进行了对比,取得了较好的效果。
Currently, real-time and accurate online measurement of pulverized coal concentration and velocity in the primary air duct is an important prerequisite for fine combustion control. Based on the advantages of ultrasonic method such as non contact and self cleaning, a new non-contact air powder on-line monitoring system based on ultrasonic wave is proposed, which is used to measure pulverized coal concentration and flow velocity on 600 MW thermal power generating set. The measurement data is compared with the DCS data, and the measured results are satisfied.
