摘要
目的探讨温阳通脉胶囊治疗冠心病不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性,为临床推广打下坚实的基础。方法本次研究将我院2016年9月至2017年4月收治的120例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者纳为研究对象,进行随机分组。治疗组给予温阳通脉胶囊;对照组给予通心络胶囊,结束后评估两组患者疗效。结果两组患者心绞痛疗效和心电图疗效对比发现,两组症状均有改善,但是治疗组治疗结果显著优于对照组,且组间数据比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳通脉胶囊用于治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者能够减轻其心绞痛症状,改善心电图,缓解病症。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenyang Tongmai Capsule in the treatment.of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and lay a solid foundation for clinical promotion. Methods In this study,120 patients with unstable angina pectoris who were admitted to ourhospital from September 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into study subjects.The treatment group was given Wenyang Tongmai Capsule;the control group was given Tongxinluo Capsule,and the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after the end.Results The results of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram were compared between the two groups. The symptoms in both groups were improved,but the treatment results in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group,and the data between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Tongmai capsule can relieve angina pectoris symptoms in patients with unstable angina pectoris,improve electrocardiogram and relieve symptoms.
