摘要
目的调查威海市文登区儿童VitA水平的变化以及和呼吸道感染发生的相关性。方法对2015至2016年在我院就诊和健康查体儿童进行问卷调查和VitA检测,分析VitA水平并探讨其与呼吸道感染的关系。结果897例儿童VitA平均值为0.27 mg/L,疑似亚临床VitA缺乏。健康儿童组的VitA水平明显高于(P<0.05)其他三组的水平。分析原因:(1)感染因素;(2)饮食不均衡;(3)家长认识不足。结论文登区儿童VitA含量不足,以疑似亚临床缺乏为主;健康儿童VitA含量在(0.314±0.085);VitA水平和呼吸道感染存在显著相关性。儿童VitA缺乏应引起家庭、社会和医疗保健机构的高度重视。
Objective Investigating the level of vitamin A of different ages and the relationship with the respiratory infection in Wendeng district of Weihai. Methods A questionnaire was filled out for health and visiting children in hospital between 2015 and 2016 years.Vitamin A was then determined. Analyzing the level of vitamin A, find out the relationship between vitamin A level and the respiratory tract infections. Results The average vitamin A level of 897 children in Wendeng District of Weihai city is 0.27 mg/L,which was in the suspected subclinical vitamin A deficiency region. There were significant differences in vitamin A levels among different age groups. The levels of vitamin A in healthy children were significantly higher than those in the other three groups(P< 0.05).Analyze the reason:(1) Infecion factors;(2) Eating out of balance;(3) Lack of parental awareness. Conclusion The vitamin A content of children in Wendeng district of Weihai is not enough. Most children’s vitamin A levels are in suspected subclinical area,vitamin A level of health children is(0.314±0.085); and vitamin A levels are significantly correlated with respiratory tract infections.It is suggested that the intake of vitamin A in children is insufficient in Wendeng district of Weihai, which should be highly valued by family, society and sponsor organizations.
