摘要
以某铁矿的采场稳定性分析为例,采用有限差分程序FLAC^(3D)模拟计算了3种不同结构参数下采场的稳定性,从采场的位移变形、受力情况、塑性破坏区等多个方面深入研究和分析了42m采场(布置在小于10m厚的矿体内)、40m采场(布置在10~20m厚的矿体内)、15m跨度采场(布置在大于20m厚的矿体内)的稳定性。结果表明:整体上3种采场都基本可保持稳定,但3种采场均需加强上下盘的支护和监测工作,另外40m采场还要时刻注意顶板和侧帮的松石,15m跨度采场则应调整爆破参数,以减小对矿柱的破坏。
Taking the stope stability of an iron mine as an example,the finite difference program FLAC^3D was used to calculate the stope stability under three different structural parameters.From the aspects of displacement,stress and plastic zone,the stability of three kinds of stopes were studied and analyzed,including 42m stope (arranged in a mine body with depth less than 10m),40m stope (arranged in a mine body with depth between 10m and 20m) and 15m span stope (arranged in a mine body with depth over 20m).The results showed that above three kinds of stope would be stable overall,but supporting and monitoring work at the hanging wall and footwall for all above needed to be strengthened.In addition,more attention should be paid on the loose rocks from the top and sides in 40m stope,and the blasting parameters should be adjusted to reduce damage for the pillars in 15m span stope.
