摘要
采用稻瘟霉模型生物活性追踪方法 ,应用多种层析手段 ,从采自浙江南麂岛的褐藻铁钉菜 (Ishigeokamurai)中分离得到 39个化合物。本文报道其中 5个甾醇类化合物 (5 α,8α-过氧麦角甾 - 6 ,2 2 -二烯 - 3β-醇 ,马尾藻甾醇 ,岩藻甾醇 ,β-谷甾醇 ,胡萝卜苷 )
Thirty nine compounds were isolated from the marine brown algae Ishige okamurai, inhabiting Nanji Island in East China Sea,by Pyricularia oryzae bioassay guided fractionation method with a combination of extraction and partitionation as well as multi chromatography.The five sterols of them:5α,8α epidioxyergosta 6,22 dien 3β ol,saringosterol,fucosterol,β stigmasterol and daucosterol were elucidated on the basis of chemical evidence and IR,MS, 1HNMR and 13 CNMR analysis.
