摘要
利用紧密堆积理论,通过调节混合物固相的不同颗粒尺寸分布,使干混合物的堆积体积分数大于0.8而得到紧密堆积优化水泥浆(CemCRETE)。CemCRETE由于固相含量高、混合需水量低,液固比低,抗压强度发展快,使候凝时间缩短,建井速度加快,最终的抗压强度高;水泥石的渗透率小于0.05×10-3μm2,孔隙度一般为35%~45%,具有较好的防窜能力;水泥石收缩小,具有较好的层间封隔;CemCRETE水泥环还具有良好的耐久性、抗腐蚀性和抗射孔冲击能力。含高固相的优化水泥浆体系并不影响其密度和流变性,即使在高密度下也有恒定的粘度,胶凝强度低,滤失量和提粘效应低,易于混合和泵送,沉降稳定性好。低密度高性能水泥浆(LiteCRETE)是薄弱地层固井的理想材料,可用于打造斜塞、固尾管和浅层低压井固井,减少下套管柱层次和危险的多级注水泥作业及补救工作;高密度高性能水泥浆(DensCRETE)在高密度下提供较好的流变性,可现场调节密度和改善井控,在打造斜塞和高压注水泥作业中非常有效,可用于小井眼窄环空的固井;挤注水泥浆(SqueezeCRETE)具有滤失量和提粘效应低的特点,穿透较深,其高强度、低渗透率、低失水量的特性改善了注入条件,提高补救注水泥的成功率,并成为封堵废弃井的合适材料,常用于其它水泥材料不能修补的井眼问题;深水水泥浆(
The concept of High Packing Density has been recently discovered as a key for obtaining high performance cementing materials. The high solids contained cement slurry CemCRETE is prepared by adjusting the size distribution of mixture solids, and making the packing volume fraction of the dry blend over 0. 8. It has such advantages as short setting time, high final compressing strength, low permeability and small fractures, and good zonal isolation. The cement ring set has longer life, better corrosion resistance and perforating impacting resistance. The lightweight high performance cement slurry LiteCRETE is the ideal material for cementing the weak formations, and can be used in setting whipping plug, cementing liner and shallow low-pressurcd reservoirs. It can also minimize the casing string and dangerous multi-stage cementing. The high density high performance cement slurry DensCRETE can be used in the slim hole narrow annular cementing, as it can provide better rheology and solid control ability, and the field density can be adjusted. The squeezing cement slurry SqueezeCRETE is suitable for plugging the abandonment wells, and its advantages of high strength, low permeability and low filtration improve injection condition and is good for remedial cementing. The deep-water cement slurry DeepCRETE can be used in offshore deep well cementing, it has fast strength development even in 4 C , thus shortens the setting time and cut down the cost. The optimized CemCRETE cement slurry has been used in cementing of more than 250 wells in over 20 countries only in 1998.
