摘要
针对高温、低压易漏以及封固段长等固井难点,开展了密度为1.2 g/cm3长封固段高温水泥浆的研究。选择耐高压合成钠硼珠为减轻剂,基于紧密堆积理论设计高温低密度高性能水泥浆,开发出了配套的缓凝剂BCR-300S和降失水剂BCF-230L,并研究了耐高温低密度水泥浆的高温稳定性、流变性、水泥石在高温下的强度稳定性以及顶部强度发展情况。研究结果表明,含有钠硼珠的低密度水泥浆密度在高压下变化较小,高温下浆体稳定(≤0.05 g/cm3);水泥浆在180℃下稠化时间和失水性能可调;水泥石在230℃下养护24 h强度达18 MPa,强度7 d不衰退,并且水泥浆顶部强度发展较快。
In this paper,aiming at the difficulties of high temperature,low formation pressure and long cement section in cementing job,a cement slurry system with the density of 1.2 g/cm3 is developed based on close packing theory,which is composed of sodium boron pearls as light weight additive,BCR-300S as the retardant and BCF-230L as the filtration reducer.The experimental results show that the density of this system changes little(≤0.05 g/cm3),the performances of thickening time and filtration rate can be controlled at 180℃,the strength of cement stone reaches 18 MPa after curing 24 hours and the strength can be kept for at least 7 days.
