摘要
蒽醌法是当今世界上应用最广泛的过氧化氢生产方法 ,其工艺流程主要包括氢化、氧化和萃取三个阶段 ,其中氢化是整个过程的核心。本文综述了近年来在溶剂和工作载体的选择、氢化过程中所用催化剂的制备、失活与再生以及工作物质的降解与再生等方面所取得的进展。
The production of hydrogen peroxide by AQ process is the most widely used one in the world. In this process three main steps are involved:(1)hydrogenation of alkylanthraquinones in the working solution;(2)oxidation of the product obtained by the first step;(3)extraction of hydrogen peroxide with water; of which the first step is the most important one. In this article progress in selection of the working solution, degradation and regeneration of the working materials, preparation of the hydrogenation catalysts,deactivation and regeneration of the catalysts in recent years are reviewed.
