摘要
烷基蒽醌是蒽醌法生产双氧水的重要载体,国内外工业针对蒽醌合成工艺以苯酐法为主,但该工艺存在环境污染、设备腐蚀等问题。沸石分子筛作为一类重要的化工材料,因具有酸性和独特的孔道结构,常被作为环境友好型固体酸催化剂,在苯酐法蒽醌合成工艺中,可带来显著的经济效益和环境效益。综述了改性沸石分子筛在苯酐法合成蒽醌中的应用,并对未来蒽醌合成工艺的开发提出了展望。
Alkylated anthraquinone is an importance carrier for the synthesis of hydrogen peroxide.For its synthesis,main industrial production process is phthalic anhydride method.However,its traditional process brings environmental pollution,equipment corrosion and other problems.In many fields,because of its acidity and unique pore structure,zeolite molecular sieves are often used as solid acid catalysts as environmentally friendly solid acid catalysts,which is able to overcome the disadvantages of traditional production catalysts.In this paper,application of modified zeolite molecular sieves in the synthesis of anthraquinone with phthalic anhydride method was reviewed,and the development trend of anthraquinone synthesis process in the future was prospected.
