摘要
以类风湿性关节炎为例 ,总结王永炎院士从“络”辨治痹病的学术思想。提出痹病 (RA)是“新病入络”的代表病证 ;络脉的病理生理功能是“新病入络”的先决条件 ;“久病入络”是RA的病理转归 ;从RA的症状特点、病理生理特点提出痹病 (RA)的病变渠道、治疗重点在于“病络”。
The author of this paper summarized the academic thought of Prof. Wang Yongyan, an Academician, for diagnosing and treating TCM arthralgic syndrome by the collateral disease differentiation, based on Prof. Wangs experiences in diagnosing and treating of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Prof. Wang holds that RA is a typical disease caused by pathogens' directly attacking the collaterals, and the pathological and physiological conditions of the collaterals are the prerequisite for this attack; that pathogens' secondarily attacking the collaterals is the cause of RA development. Prof. Wang points out that the morbid state of the collaterals should be focused on in diagnosing and treating RA, according to the characteristics of RA symptomatology, pathology and physiology.
