摘要
李斌教授治疗寻常型银屑病提出血瘀贯穿银屑病静止期始终,是病理转化(发病、转归和预后)的主轴,治疗上以活血化瘀与凉血潜阳并举,并辅以通络散结,使络通则血行,临床上选用夏氏活血方为基础方,并重视银屑病血瘀证的发生与代谢紊乱相关以及活血通络之品的运用(鸡血藤、忍冬藤等),随证加减衷中参西,文章介绍李斌教授治疗寻常型银屑病血瘀证的用药经验,并举医案验证,以飨同道。
Professor LI Bin pointed out that blood stasis runs through the quiescent stage of psoriasis vulgaris and was the main axis of pathological transformation(pathogenesis,outcome and prognosis).The treatment was combined with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and cooling blood and latent yang,supplemented by dredging collaterals and dispersing knots.Xiashi Huoxue Formula was selected as the basic formula in clinic.What’s more,he attached importance to the occurrence of psoriasis blood stasis syndrome related to metabolic disorders and the use of Tongluo’s products(Millennium spp,Lonicera japonicum,etc.).And the change of medicine was according to the theory of both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.This paper introduced professor LI Bin’s experience in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with syndrome of blood stasis with the medical case verification.
