摘要
用差示扫描量热法测定和分析了麦秸与异氰酸酯 ( MDI)、脲醛树脂 ( UF)、酚醛树脂 ( PF)之间的热反应特征 .结果表明 :MDI与干麦秸之间的反应有吸热和放热现象 ,而 MDI与湿麦秸之间的反应却只有吸热现象 .UF与麦秸混合物在加热过程中 ,两者之间的胶合热反应不明显 .与 UF相比 。
The hot reaction character is tested and analyzed among wheat straw and methane diisocyanate(MDI),urea formaldehyde(UF),phenol formaldehyde(PF).The result shows that there is the phenomena of decalescence and putting hot between dried wheat straw and MDI,and there is only the phenomena of decalescence between wet wheat straw and MDI.In the course of heating wheat straw and UF the gluing reaction is not evidence between them.Compared to UF the hot reaction is clearer between wheat straw and PF.
