摘要
该文利用同步热分析研究脲醛树脂胶的热解特性.利用造纸厂脱墨污泥制造纤维板,分析密度、施胶量、温度、时间对材料物理力学性能影响.结果表明:热压温度在110—200℃之间为宜,NH4Cl加入量为0.5%即可.污泥纤维板静曲强度(MOR)为3.54—12.88MPa,平均值为6.53MPa;弹性模量(MOE)为0.13—2.86GPa,平均值为1.40GPa;内结合强度(IB)为1.38—3.16MPa,平均值为2.21MPa;沸腾实验后内结合强度(IBb)为0.65—1.86MPa,平均值为1.10MPa;24h吸水厚度膨胀率(TS)为3.98%—7.65%,平均值为5.61%.除静曲强度外,其它性能均达到或超过国家标准.极差分析密度、施胶量、温度、时间对材料各项性能影响不同,但密度影响都是最大的.SAS分析显示密度、施胶量、温度对材料各项性能的影响都是显著性不同,但密度影响都是显著.
The pyrolysis properties of UF were studied by using the method of synchronization thermal analysis.The sludge from paper deinking was used as main raw materials for paper sludge fiberboard.The influence of density,resin content,temperature,time on mechanical performance of paper deinking sludge fiberboard was investigated.The results show that the suitable hot press temperature is 110—200℃.The suitable NH4Cl content is 0.5%.The MOR of paper sludge fiberboard is 3.54—12.88MPa,and average value is 6.53MPa.The MOE of paper sludge fiberboard is 0.13—2.86GPa,and average value is 1.40GPa.The IB of paper sludge fiberboard is 1.38—3.16MPa and average value is 2.21MPa.The IBb of paper sludge fiberboard is 0.65—1.86MPa,and average value is 1.10MPa.IBb means IB after boiling and drying.The TS of paper sludge fiberboard is 3.98%—7.65%,and average value is 5.61%.Except MOR,all the mechanical performances of paper sludge fiberboard meet or exceed the National Standard.The influence of density,resin content,temperature,time on mechanical performances of paper sludge fiberboard is different,but the influence of density is maximum by range analysis.The influence of density,resin content,temperature and time on mechanical performances of paper sludge fiberboard is different by SAS analysis,but the influence of density is significant.All of coefficient of determination of multiple linear regression equation are larger than 0.80.It means fit well.The multiple linear regression equation for IB and TS fit badly.
