摘要
利用纳米材料粒径减小,比表面能大大增加,健态严重失配,出现许多活性中心,从而引起纳米粒子化学性质变化的机理,开发出电站高温耐磨涂料。试验是在普通粉料FM650中添加纳米材料,进行了结合强度、耐磨性和抗剥离性试验。试验结果表明FM650涂层的结合强度从3 MPa提高到10 MPa,其耐磨性、致密性均有很大提高,且抗剥离性能没有下降。
Using the reduction of the granular size of nanometer material, great increase of the ratio surface energy, serious loss of match of health status and occurrence of many active centers, which results in the mechanism of chemical nature change of the nanometer particles,the high - temperature wear proof coating material for the power station has been developed. With addi- tion of nanometer material in common powder FM650, the tests on combined strength, wear resistance and anti - peel property are executed. The test results have shown that the combined strength of FM650 coating is increased from 3 MPa to 10 MPa and its wear resistance,compactness have been gready increase, while the anti - peel property is not reduced.
