摘要
齐鲁石化热电厂 4 10t/h煤粉锅炉省煤器为光管式省煤器 ,运行中存在磨损严重问题 ,泄漏频繁。产品使用寿命短 ,检修工作量大 ,影响锅炉安全经济运行。采用高温耐磨涂料防磨涂料对其进行防磨处理后 ,磨损严重现象明显改善 ,泄漏次数明显减少 ,运行周期大大延长。采用高温耐磨涂料对省煤器进行防磨的实际应用效果十分可观。
The bare tube economizer of 410t/h pulverized coal boiler in Qilu Petrochemistry Thermal Electrical Plant had the problems of severe erosion and working media leakage during its operation.These factors reduce the running hours of the economizer,increase the cost of maintenance and have great influence on the boiler efficiency.After the retrofitting with high temperature erosion resistant material,the erosion of economizer is reduced,heat transfer efficiency is increased,and the operation hours are increased.
