摘要
探讨了以乳酸和甘油直接缩聚合成交联剂的方法 ,合成了一系列乳酸和甘油不同摩尔比的预聚物 ,并通过红外光谱、核磁共振等证实了所得预聚物与开环聚合所得聚合物有相似的结构 ,同时用六次甲基二异氰酸酯对预聚物进行扩链反应 ,得到了聚氨酯交联网络材料。采用不同的试验方法对该聚氨酯交联网络材料的降解性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,此材料是可降解的 ,其降解率与试验方法和试验条件等因素有关。此方法优于开环聚合法 ,反应过程简单 ,成本低。
In this paper,we investigated the synthesis of cross-linking agent through reaction of direct condensation polymerization using lactic acid and glycerol.A series of polymers with different mole ratio of lactic acid and glycerol were synthesized.IR spectra and NMR proved that the structure of the products were simliar to that from ring-opening polymerization reaction.The prepared polymers were chain-extended with HDI for obtaining polyurethanes.Degradable behavior of polyurethanes were studied in detail with different experimental methods.The results indicate that polyurethanes are degradable and the degradation rate depends on experimental methods and conditions.This method has some advantages over ring-opening polymerization reaction,such as the simple course of reaction and low cost.
