摘要
本文在采用子结构有限元法计算活塞温度和热变形的基础上,引入优化计算方法,将活塞裙部型面设计简化为一维优化问题。提出了型面迭代修改公式和收敛准则,探讨了活塞裙部型面优化设计中减少重复分析计算量的措施。最后以135型柴油机活塞为例,进行了裙部型线的优化设计.
On the basis of using sub-structure finite element method to study the temperature and thermal deformation of the piston, the calculation of piston skirt profile is simplified to an one-dementional problem by introducing the optimum method. The iteration equation and converging rule are presented, and the measures for reducing the amount of recalculation in skirt design are discussed. Finally, the optimum piston skirt profile of 135 diesel engine is made as an example.
