摘要
10年来 ,我国残疾人事业在各个方面 (就业、教育、社会交往、公共设施和康复等 )都取得了令世界瞩目的成就。残疾人事业可以得到各种一般原则的辩护 ,但也还具有不充分性。因此 ,我们将一般原则降解为实际境况之具体策略 ,但在具体实践中 。
The general situation of public welfare of the disabled(PWD) in China has been greatly improved,but the ethical defence of PWD isn't sufficient. A practical defence model should be constructed so that all generally ethical principles will be reduced to ethical strategies. And finally, all sorts of limitation on PWD in practice will be revealed.
