摘要
目的 :对正常成人及肿瘤患者红细胞、血小板流变性进行半定量分析。方法 :将 2 0 0例正常成人按年龄分为 5组 ,对其红细胞流动性、聚集性、变形性及血小板聚集性 4项指标进行半定量分析 ,并对3 8例恶性肿瘤患者的上述指标进行检测。结果 :正常成人各年龄组间及男女之间红细胞、血小板流动性指标的检测结果差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;恶性肿瘤患者各项指标均高于正常人 ((P >0 .0 1)。结论 :从形态学对细胞流变性进行半定量分析 ,方法可行 ,直观、快速 ;恶性肿瘤患者末梢微循环较正常人发生了明显障碍。
Objective:To analyse semi quantity of RBC and plastocyte celluar rheology in normal adults and tumor patients.Methods:RBC fluidity,clumping,plasticity,plastocyte clumping and total index of 200 normal adults and 38 tumor patients were measured with semi quantitative analysis.Results:Although all the indexes were not significantly different among ages and sexual distinction ( P >0.05),each index of the tumor patients was significantly higher than that of normal one ( P<0.01)? Conclusion:There is significant dysfunction in terminal microcirculation of patients suffering from malignant tumors.
