摘要
目的观察氯吡格雷在治疗糖尿病足浅表溃疡中的疗效。方法将本组32例随机分为两组,氯吡格雷组在常规治疗基础上应用氯吡格雷钠75 mg/qd,口服,共4周。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后氯吡格雷组血流变化水平低于对照组,差异具有显著性。糖尿病足溃疡愈合时间显著短于对照组。结论氯吡格雷能改善糖尿病足患者血小板聚集性。
Objective To assess the effect of Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate tablets on superficial ulcer of diabetic foot. Methods Thirty-two patients were evenly divided into control group and Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate tablets group. For Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate tablets group, Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate tablets （75mg, qd, po） was added dai- ly for 4 weeks. Results After treatment one and three minutes and maximum aggregation rates were lower in Copidogre Hydrogen Sulfate group than that in the control （P 〈 0.01 ）. The ulcer healing time was shorter in Clopidogrel Hydro- gen Sulfate tablets group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate tablets can improve platelet aggrega- tion and shorten the healing time of ulcer in patients with diabetic foot.
