摘要
通过对近十几年来国内外关于运动对中枢神经系统影响方面的报道，从运动对脑和脊髓形态学的影响，运动与神经递质和神经调质的关系及运动对脑抗氧化能力的影响等方面作了探讨，并对今后这方面研究的发展方向进行了预测。
Long times of exercise training would produce good influence for center nerves system . According to the summary of correlated research in domestic and overseas , This article aims at discovering the three aspect in the influence of exercise for the structure of brain and spinal cord, the relation of exercise and neural transmitter and neural modulator, the influence of exercise for the anti - oxygenation of brain and spinal cord. At end of the article, the writer raise the direction of develop in the research of the center nerves system and exercise.
