摘要
对中药材平贝母的铅、镉、砷、汞含量测定的方法进行了研究。样品经HNO3-HClO4 或H2 O2 进行消解 ,用原子吸收和原子荧光进行检测。回收率 :92 0 %~ 99 7% ;精密度 :2 3 %~ 4 1%。并用该方法对全国主产区的平贝母、百合和两头尖样品的铅、镉、砷、汞的含量进行了测定。结果表明 :这 3种中药材均含铅、镉、砷、汞 ,但参考粮食和蔬菜的国家标准未超标。
Contents of Pd, Cd, As and Hg in Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim of Chinese Medicinal Materials were digested with nitric acid, perchloric acid and hydrogen peroxide, and detected by atomic absorption spectrophomer and atomic fluorescence spectrometer. The recovery was 92%~99 7% The accuracy was 2 3%~4 1% The method was applied to the detection of heavy metals in Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim, Lilium buownii F E Brown var Viridul um Baker and Anemone raddeana Regel sampled from the main production areas all over China.But the amount did not exceed the standard of heavy metal MRL in meal and vegetable set in GB2715-81-1995
