摘要
基于重金属镉离子对荧光试剂5,10,15-三吡啶基-20-苯基卟啉(TPyPP)的荧光猝灭现象,建立了测定痕量镉的高灵敏荧光光度法。实验发现,在pH3.0的磷酸氢二钠-柠檬酸缓冲体系中,溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)微乳液的加入显著增强了体系的灵敏度。在最佳实验条件下,于最大发射波长λem=650nm处(最大激发波长λex=418nm),镉的浓度在一定范围内与荧光强度比(F0/F)呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为2.0×10-4~60×10-4μg/mL,检出限为1.2×10-4μg/mL。实验结果表明,该方法具有较高的灵敏度、选择性和稳定性,成功应用于环境水样中镉含量的测定,回收率为97%~98%,相对标准偏差低于4.6%。
On the basis of the fluorescence quenching phenomenon of 5,10,15-tripyridyl-20-phenylporphyrine (TPyPP) by cadmium ion, a high-sensitivity fluorophotometric determination of trace cadmium was established. It was found that the addition of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide microemulsion could significantly enhance the sensitivity of system in disodium hydrogen phosphate-citric acid buffer solution at pH 3.0. Under optimal experimental conditions, the fluorescence intensity ratio (Fo/F) showed good linearity with the concentration of cadmium in certain range at maximal emission wavelength λem= 650 nm (the maximal emission wavelength excitation λex = 418 nm). The linear range was 2.0 × 10^-4 -60 N 10^-4 μg/mL and the detection limit was 1.2×10^-4 μg/mL. The results indicated that this method had high sensitivity, selectivity and stability. The proposed method was applied to the determination of cadmium in environmental water samples. The recoveries were 97%- 98%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were less than 4. 6%.
