摘要
文章在介绍发展战略概念由来的基础上 ,从内涵、依据、机理、效应和关键措施等方面比较了江苏省五大发展战略的不同之处 ,并揭示了五大战略互为条件、互为因果和互为一体的内在联系 ,最后就五大战略的协调问题提出具体对策。
