摘要
通过对我国高校体制改革的全面考察，分析我国建立校董会体制的可行性，阐明校董会是高校体制创新的一种模式选择。
By way of an all－round investigation concerning the institutional reform of China′s higher education, the present paper analyses the feasibility of establishing college and university boards of directors in China and elucidates that the establishment of the boards is a pattern choice of the institutional innovationof higher education in China.
