从草玉梅根部和地上部分甲醇提取物中分离到的 8个化合物 ,其中三萜内酯 ( 7)和三萜皂甙 ( 8)
Eight compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of the roots and aerial parts of Anemone rivularis Buch. Ham. ex DC. By means of spectroscopic methods, their structures were established as oleanolic acid 3 O α L arabinopyranoside(1), oleanolic acid 3 O α L rhamnopyranosyl(1→2) α L arabinopyranoside(2), oleanolic acid 3 O α D ribopyranosyl(1→3) α L rhamnopyranosyl(1→2) α L arabinopyranoside(3), hederaginin 3 O α L arabinopyranoside(4), 3 O α D ribopyranosyl(1→3) α L rhamnopyranosyl(1→2) α L arabinopyranosly oleanolic acid 28 O α L rhamnopyranosyl(1→4) β D glucopyranosyl(1→6) β D gulcopyranoside(5), 3 O α D ribopyranosyl(1→3) α L rhamnopyranosyl(1→2) α L arabinopyranosly hederaginin 28 O α L rhamnopyranosyl(1→4) β D glucopyranosyl(1→6) β D gulcopyranoside(6), 3β,12β ,23 trihydroxy olean 28,13 β olide(7) and 3β,12β,13β trihydroxy olean 28 oic acid 3 O D ribopyranosyl(1→3) α L rhamnopyranosyl(1→2) α L arabinopyranoside(8) respectively. The last two compounds were new ones and named anemonolide(7) and anemoside B(8).
