摘要
为观察马钱子治疗癌性疼痛的疗效 ,将 110例伴中度以上疼痛的中晚期肿瘤患者 ,按就诊先后随机分为治疗组(A)、对照组 (B) ,分别给予口服复方马钱子胶囊、肛塞消炎痛栓剂 ;对无效或效果不佳者 ,再加用度冷丁。结果 :两组止痛总有效率分别为 82 9%、85 7% ,加用度冷丁的量及其效果 ,两组也无显著性差异 (均P >0 0 5 )。提示
In order to observe the therapeutic effect of Semen Strychni in treating cancerous pain,110 cases of the patients with trmor in the medium and late stage and accompanied with pain above medium degree were divided randomly into the treatment group (A) and the control group (B) and treated respectively with 'Compound Strychnos Capsules' and Rectal Indomethacin Suppository,with dolantin added for those with failure or poor effect.The results showed that the total effective rate to stop pain was respectively 82 9% and 85 7% in the two groups,and that there was no significant difference (poth P<0 05) in the dose and effect in the two groups with dolantin added.The findings indicate that 'Compound Strychnos Capsules' can be used instead of indomethacin in the treatment of cancerous pain.
