摘要 本文针对目前多数电厂不愿主动承担系统调峰的实际情况 ,提出了火电厂不因调峰而减少日发电量的调峰方法、和水电厂之间按库空率最大或蓄满率最小的原则来确定承担系统调峰的前后顺序的新方法 ,均较好地解决了华中电网水火电联合调峰运行问题。 In order to deal with the practical problems arising from the reluctance of power plants to bear peak modulation responsibilities, this paper proposes a method which would protect thermal power plants from reducing eletricity production due to peak modulation. We also propose a sequential peak modulation methodology based on the principles of maximum unll storgy ratio or mimimum fill storage ratio in hydropower plants. These methods should help solve peak modulation operational problems in Center China Electric Network.
