摘要
首先分析了在电力系统运行实践中,调峰服务的内涵及其与备用服务的关系;进而研究了水电调峰成本组成,指出水电机组调峰成本应重点考虑其有功出力频繁调整引起效率损失的机会成本。参照当前国内辅助服务管理实际,并结合水电实际运行特点,给出了水电调峰补偿的测算方法。具体测算思路以水电机组日平均出力为基准,上下各浮动一定比例形成基本调峰区间,分析水电机组有功出力低于基本调峰区间下限后引起的额外水量损耗,进而将其折算为利润损失,作为水电调峰的补偿。文中给出了具体算例,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。
Firstly,the implication and characteristics of peaking service are discussed according to a comparison between peaking service and reserve service.Secondly,by analyzing the hydropower peaking cost,the opportunity cost of efficiency loss caused by frequent adjustment of hydropower output should be seriously considered.Then on the basis of the current ancillary services management and hydropower operation,an estimation method of hydropower peaking compensation is illustrated.The method consists in forming a free peaking interval by dipping and heaving a certain proportion of the daily average output;and then the water loss due to hydropower output below the lower-bound of the free peaking interval is analyzed.The water loss can be converted to profit loss,which can serve as the hydropower peaking compensation.An example is given to verify the correctness and validity of the method.
