摘要
从外贸企业的角度 ,分析了国际贸易结算中所面临的政治风险、信用风险和货币风险及其产生的后果 ,指出运用有理有效的预测方法对未来风险及其事故、后果进行科学预测是有效防范风险的必要前提和条件 ,最后从风险控制工具和风险财务工具等方面 ,提出了外贸企业应根据贸易伙伴国的政治、经济发展动态建立及时有效的预报系统 ,根据客户资信的实时状况选择D/P托收、信用证或银行保函等恰当的结算方式 ,充分利用保险制度和银行的融资功能等 ,以防范国际贸易结算各类风险。
Politics and credit and currency risks in international trade settlement and the consequence are analyzed concerning import and export enterprises. It points out that the scientific prediction for risks and accidents in the future and their consequences are the essential premise and condition of effective risk prevention. Lastly, in the respect of the tool of risks controlling and risk finance, it proposes that, in order to guard against all kinds of risks in international trade settlement, import and export enterprises should set up a prompt and effective system of prediction, choose an appropriate settlement method based on the real situation of customer′s credit and make full use of the insurance system and the financing functionof the bank.
