摘要
目的对真菌性角膜溃疡行穿透性角膜移植术（ＰＫＰ）后使用皮质类固醇的时间和疗效进行评价。方法８０例真菌性角膜溃疡患者行ＰＫＰ后，随机分成两组，１组术后全身使用皮质类固醇１～２次和２周后开始常规全身使用，另１组术后１个月开始全身使用皮质类固醇，住院期间每日裂隙灯观察前房反应和角膜植片的情况。结果应用皮质类固醇组未见真菌复发率增高，前房反应比对照组明显轻。结论真菌性角膜溃疡行ＰＫＰ术后，适当掌握使用皮质类固醇的时间和剂量，对减轻术眼炎症反应，减少术后排斥率非常有效。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effectiveness and the time of the administration of corticosteroid after penetrating keratoplasty(PKP) in management of fungal corneal ulcer.Methods80 cases of fungal corneal ulcer were separated into two groups.The effectiveness of corticosteroid administered at different time and the relapse of fungal corneal ulcer were observed.ResultsThe rate of relapse of fungal coneal ulcer didnt increase and inflammatory reaction in anterior chamber was less serious than control group.ConclusionIt’s very effective in alleviating the inflammatory reaction and in reducing the reject rate if corticosteroid is administered with correct dosage at correct time.
