摘要
应用板层角膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡１４例（１４只眼），术后收到较好的结果，１２例成功地控制了感染，保全了眼球。１０例植片透明，２例半透明，９例视力有改善。手术主要的合并症是持续性上皮缺损和角膜层间新生血管。并就手术治疗的时机、手术要点及失败后处理进行了分析与探讨。
ourteen cases of fungus corneal ulcer were
treated by the completely thick lamellar keratoplasty. Thegood
results were obtained after the operation. The infection in 12 cases
was controlled and the eyeballs weresaved. 10 cases were transparent;
2 cases were semi-transparent and vision in 9 cases was improved. The
maincomplications following operation were corneal epithelial defect
and the blood-vessels were regenerated be- tween corneal layers, And
the opportunity for operation treatment ,the main points of operation
and the cause of failure are discussed.
