摘要
采用在 80~ 90℃的水浴中蒸发水分的方法 ,用活性炭对磷钼钨杂多酸进行了固载。并利用所制备的活性炭固载型杂多酸催化剂 ,探讨了醋酸正丁酯的合成反应条件。结果表明 ,加入 5ml环已烷作带水剂 ,采用醇酸的摩尔比为 1∶ 1 .1 ,即加入 1 0 ml冰醋酸和 1 4.4ml正丁醇 ,使用 1 .0克该固载型催化剂 ,用分水装置 ,在回流条件下反应 2小时 ,酯产率可达 92 .3%。所用的负载型杂多酸催化剂重复使用四次后 ,产率仍有 74.4%。
Phosphotungstomolybdate heteropolyacid was supported onto activated carbon through vaporization. Reaction condition for synthesis of n butyl acetate was investigated using the heteropolyacid catalyst. N butyl acetate yield of 92 3% was attained under following condition: 5ml cyclohexane as water carrying agent, n butanol/acetic acid=1/1 1(mol)(i e., 10ml acetic acid and 14 4ml n butanol), 1 0g catalyst, with water separation and recycle, reaction time=2h. The heteropolyacid catalyst remains 74 4% activity after four times of repeated use.
