摘要
为建立一种快速进行沙眼衣原体 (CT)基因型分型方法 ,并将其用于证实母婴间存在CT垂直传播的研究 ,对 73例孕妇及其新生儿采用聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)结合限制性片段长度多态性 (RFLP)分析方法进行CT的检测及分型。结果在较短时间便确定了CT的基因型 ,证实母婴间存在CT的垂直传播。提示PCR RFLP分析法为一种敏感快速检测CT基因型的方法 。
To confirm the method of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis were fast and sensitive to identity the genotype of chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and to verify the transimssion of CT between mother and baby. The method was rsed to isolate CT and identify the genotype of CT. 73 pairs were detected. The results show the strains of CT from newborn were identified to be the same genotype with their mothers in short time. PCR RFLP analysis were sensitive and fast as genotyping method and the rate of vertical transmission was high.
