摘要
已有的各种企业成长理论是不完整的，企业生命模型是一种新的企业成长理论范式。在模型中，企业的"基因"决定了企业的多样性与生命周期特征。构成企业"基因"的" DNA双螺旋结构"的双链是资本链（ Capital链）与劳动力链（ Labor链）。连接双链的四个要素是企业家、企业机制、技术与文化。
Various growth theories of enterprise existed are not perfect. The Life Model of Enterprise is a new paradigm.' Gene' of enterprise in the model decides the variety and life cycle character of enterprise. The double－ spin structure of DNA is made up of labor chain and capital chain, which are connected by four factors: enterprise, mechanism, technology and culture.
