摘要
本文以高新技术企业为研究载体,基于PLS-SEM算法研究高新技术企业吸收能力影响因素,并解释影响因素对吸收能力的作用机理。通过问卷调查和多因素回归分析,对本文提出的影响因素作用假设进行验证和检验。研究发现:(1)内源影响因素方面,研发活动、知识存量、组织学习和组织创新气氛均对绝对吸收能力具有正向促进作用,其中研发活动和知识存量的影响程度极为显著;(2)外源联结因素方面,网络规模和网络强度均对相对吸收能力具有正向作用特征,其中网络强度的影响程度明显大于网络规模;(3)绝对吸收能力和相对吸收能力间存在相互促进作用,二者均对企业整体吸收能力存在显著正向影响。
Taking hi-tech enterprises as the target of research, based on the PLS-SEM algorithm, we have studied the factors that can influence the absorption ability of high-tech enterprises and explained their mechanism on the absorption ability. Through the questionnaire and multivariate regression analysis, we have tested and proved the effect of these factors mentioned in the article. The study have found ： （ 1 ） in terms of the internal factors, research activities, the stock of knowledge, organized learning and organized innovative atmosphere have positive effects on the absolute absorption ability, and among all these factors research activities and stock of knowledge have the most significant influence ; （2） on account of exogenous factors in linkage aspect, network scale and network strength have favorable influence on the relative absorption ability, in which influence of the network strength is greater than that of the network scale; （3） the absolute absorption ability and the relative absorption ability can facilitate each other, and both of them have positive effects on the overall absorption ability of the enterprises.
