摘要 目的探讨同伴教育在永久性结肠造口患者护理中的应用。方法以我院2011年1月至2013年1月间收治的90例直肠癌行永久性结肠造口术患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上增加同伴教育项目,比较两组患者造口护理认知水平、自我护理技能和意识、社会适应性、生活质量和对护理服务满意度之间的差异。结果观察组患者造口护理认知水平、自我护理技能和意识、社会适应性、生活质量和对护理服务满意度均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义。结论同伴教育在永久性结肠造口患者的护理中有积极作用,其可以提高患者的健康知识、增强其自我护理技能和意识、提高其社会适应性,并对改善其生活质量和提高其对护理服务的满意度有积极作用。 Objective To investigate the application of peer education in the nursing for patients with permanent colostomy. Methods 90 patients with permanent colostomy, got therapy in our hospital during JAN 2011 and JAN 2013, were divided into objective group and control group. Patients in control group received conventional nursing plan, however, patients in objective group received peer education additionally on the bases of conventional nursing. The difference of the nursing cognitive level, self - care skills and awareness, social adaptability, the quality of life and the satisfaction on nursing service between the two group were compared. Results Nursing cognitive level, self - care skills and awareness, social adaptability, the quality of life and the satisfaction on nursing service in the objective group were better than that in the control group, differences between the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusions Peer education has positive effects in nursing for patients with permanent colostomy for it could increases the nursing cognitive level, promotes self - care skills and awareness, social adaptability, the quality of life and the nursing service satisfaction.
