摘要
目的:调查肠造口患者主要照顾者照顾负荷水平与社会支持现状。方法:采用Zarit照顾者负担量表(ZBI)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对58例造口患者的主要照顾者进行调查。结果:肠造口患者主要照顾者负荷得分为(21.10±14.17)分,以没有或轻度负担为主;社会支持总分为(43.69±8.61)分,高于国内常模(34.56士3.73)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);照顾者照顾负荷总得分、个人负担、责任负担与社会支持均呈负相关。结论:社会支持水平越高,照顾者负荷水平越低。医护人员要帮助患者及家属建立和充分利用社会支持网络,减轻照顾者负担,从而为患者提供更好的照顾和支持。
Objective To investigate the situations of burden and social support among caregivers of enterostomy patients.Methods Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview and Social Support Rating Scale were applied to investigate 58 caregivers of enterostomy patients.Results The mean score of burden was(21.10 ± 14.17).The total score of social support was(43.69 ± 8.61),which was obviously higher than the national norm(34.56 ± 3.73),(P < 0.01).The total score of burden,personal burden and responsibility burden were all negatively correlated with social support(P < 0.01).Conclusion The higher social support,the lower care burden.The doctors and nurses should help the patients and their families to establish the social support network and make the best of it,then the caregiver burden may be decreased,so as to offer better care and support.
