摘要
运用现代学徒制开展新型职业农民培训,符合培训对象作为成人学习者的学习特点,有利于化解新型职业农民培训中的"工学矛盾",也有利于提高培训的吸引力和有效性。可以通过法制建设、制度建设、项目建设,积极推动现代学徒制在新型职业农民培训中的实施。
The application of modern apprenticeship in new professional farmer training conforms to the learning character istics of adult learners as training objects, and it can help to resolve the conflict of working and studying in new farmer training as well as improve the attractiveness and effectiveness of the training. We can actively promote the concrete im plementation of modern apprenticeship in the cultivation of professional farmers through legal system construction, institu tion construction and project construction.
