摘要
目的 分析深圳市福田区2011-07/2012-06社区食源性疾病主动监测系统运行特征,评价监测结果,为改进监测方案、制定防控策略提供依据.方法 确定食源性疾病主动监测的病例定义,通过社区食源性疾病主动监测网络平台收集2011-07/2012-06监测资料,建立数据库,按人群、季节、月份、诊断类别、可疑食品、地址分布等因素进行分析.结果 2011-07/2012-06全区共报告食源性疾病2 224例,男女病例分别占总数的49.3%和50.7%,年龄以18~ 34岁年龄组最多(49.4%),其次为35~59岁年龄组(33.1%),2011-10报告病例数最多,以细菌性食源性疾病为主(63.9%),报告的可疑食品最多的为肉与肉制品(36.0%).结论 福田区食源性疾病主动监测网络平台2011-07/2012-06监测资料,与深圳市2006-2010年食物中毒报告情况基本一致.该平台能较好的反映该区食源性疾病发生趋势,是获得食源性疾病暴发信息的重要途径之一.
Objective To analyze the data of food - borne diseases active surveillance system during 2011.7 -2012.6 in Futian district of Shenzhen city, thus to provide references for development of strategies and measures. Methods The case definition of the surveillance system was formulated and data collected in food- borne diseases active surveillance system during 2011.7 to 2012. 6 was analyzed with respect of population distribution, time distribution, diagnostic categories, suspected food and region distribution. Results Totally 2, 224 food - borne disease cases were reported, males accounted for 49.3% and female, 55.88%. The majority was within the age of 18 -34 years, accounting for 49.4%. The peak of reported cases appeared in the fourth quarter of 2011, especially in October. Most cases were diagnosed as bacterial food - borne disease meat ( 63. and 9% ) and the majority of suspect food was meat products ( 36.0% ). Conclusion Food- borne disease active surveillance system can reflect the trend of food -borne diseases in the district and is also an important access to acquire the relevant infor- mation.
