摘要
为了得到科学合理的PPP项目价格,本文在分析城市轨道交通PPP项目价格影响因素的基础上,基于系统动力学原理,构建城市轨道交通PPP项目价格影响因素系统动力学模型,并运用Vensim软件仿真研究了各影响因素对PPP项目价格的动态影响。结果表明:政府补贴和客流量对PPP项目价格具有抑制作用,年运营成本和同类竞争项目对价格具有促进作用,并且各影响因素在作用力度和时间方面都存在显著差异。
In order to got the scientific and reasonable price of PPP project, this paper structured the system dynamics model of the affecting factors of the price of the PPP project of the city track traffic based on the analysis of the affecting factors of the price of the PPP project of the city track traffic and the principle of system dynamics, then, it researched the affecting factors's dynamic effects on the price of the PPP project by using the software called Vensim. The results show that government subsidies and the passenger flow had an inhibitory effect on the PPP project price, the annual operating costs and competition project had a promoting effect on the price, and the affecting factors vary in the intensity and time.
