摘要
目的探讨三甲评审前后对我院病历质量及患者满意度影响,推动医院管理标准化、规范化、科学化。方法医务科组织病历考核小组成员,随机抽取评审前后病历、满意度调查表各100份,按照标准细则考核,对存在问题、分析、汇总。结果评审前患者满意度(76.01±7.21)分,评审后患者满意度(93.25±9.01)分,评审前后患者满意度调查具有显著性差异(t=12.1285,P<0.05),具有统计学意义。评审前病历考核(71.58±11.25)分,评审后病历考核(89.21±13.01)分,(t=13.2584,P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论评审工作促进我院病历质量、患者对医疗护理服务的满意度有明显提高。
Objective To investigate the three review of medical records in our hospital quality and patient satisfaction, promote the hospital management standardization, standardization, scientific. Methods the medical department organization chart assessment team members, were randomly selected to review medical records, before satisfaction questionnaire 100 copies, according to the standard rules on the assessment, problems, analysis, summary. Results the satisfaction of patients ( 76.01 ± 7.21 ) %, patient satisfaction after the review ( 93.25 ± 9.01 ) %, review and patient satisfaction survey with significant difference (t=12.1285, P〈 0.05 ), with statistical significance. Review before the medical examination ( 71.58 ± 11.25 ), after the review of medical records. The nuclear test ( 89.21 ± 13.01 ) %, (t=13.2584, P〈 0.05 ), with statistical significance. Conclusion review and promote the quality of medical records in our hospital, the patients satisfaction with nursing service was improved
