双孔模椭圆形铝管材挤压过程仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 使用Deform-3D进行了双孔模挤压椭圆形铝管材过程的仿真分析.模拟了坯料经过分流、焊合和挤出的变形全过程,获得了挤压变形时的温度、应力分布,并且对金属挤出模具工作带后的速度进行了分析.揭示了双孔模挤压铝型材能够稳定挤出的关键因素即当金属挤出模具工作带时,两个孔所有节点的挤出工作带后的速度变化范围在合理区间时,型材才能稳定的挤出.双孔模铝型材挤压稳定成形的关键因素理论的提出,为多孔模型材的生产提供了理论上的指导. With Deform-3Dsoftware,the process of aluminum pipe extrusion with double dies is analyzed.The paper simulated the whole process of blank deformation,including a blank shunt,welding and extrusion process,and obtained the corresponding temperature and stress distribution.It reveals the key factor that makes stable extrusion,which requires the extrusion velocity to fall within a reasonable range.The theory of aluminum pipe extrusion stability provides the theoretical guidance for the actual production of aluminum profile with porous dies.
