摘要
根据刚塑性有限元理论,用非线性有限元分析软件Deform3D对多腔变断面薄壁件冷挤压成形过程进行了有限元分析。模拟多腔变断面薄壁件的冷挤压变形过程,获得了挤压变形时金属流动、应力和应变分布情况,分析了产生缺陷的原因,并提出了相应的解决办法。
nite element theory, According to the the cold extrusion plastic-rigid fiforming process of muhicavity thin wall part with changing section is analyzed by using non-linear finite element analysis software Deform3D. The flow, stress and strain distributions of metal during extrusion deformation are obtained through simulation of cold extrusion process of multicavity thin wall part with changing section. The reasons of defects are analyzed and the solutions are suggested.
