摘要
为研究五味子、甘露寡糖与益生素合用对艾维菌肉鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响,试验选择1日龄体重相近的健康艾维菌肉鸡300只(公母各半),随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别在基础日粮中添加1%五味子+0.5%甘露寡糖+0.1%益生素、1%五味子+0.5%甘露寡糖+0.2%益生素、1%五味子+0.5%甘露寡糖+0.3%益生素、0.005%。黄霉素。试验分前期(1~21d)和后期(22~42d),共42d。结果表明:在试验各阶段,试验组肉鸡平均日增重均高于对照组和抗生素组,饲料增重比均低于对照组和抗生素组,其中Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组的平均日增重均显著高于空白对照组(P〈0.05),饲料增重比均显著低于空白对照组(P〈0.05);各试验组的脾脏指数、法氏囊指数和胸腺指数均高于空白对照组和抗生素组,但差异不显著(P〉0.05);Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组在试验前期和后期均能显著提高肉鸡的ND抗体效价(P〈0.05);各试验组均显著提高了鸡脾淋巴细胞在ConA诱导下的增殖反应(P〈0.05);各试验组IgG含量均高于空白对照组和抗生素组,其中Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组显著提高了肉鸡血清中IgG含量(P〈0.05)。由此可知,饲粮中添加合适比例的五味子、甘露寡糖和益生素能够提高肉鸡生长性能和免疫性能。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Schisandra Chinensis (SC), mannan oligosaccharides (MOS)and probiotics on growth performance and immunity of broilers. 300 one-day Avian broilers (male and female half) with similar body weight were randomly divided into five groups with 3 replicates in each group and 20 broilers per replicate. The broilers in the control group (group Ⅰ)were only fed basal diet, groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were provided with basal diet and supplemented with 1% SC + 0.5% MOS + 0.1% probiotics, 1% SC + 0.5% MOS + 0.2% probiotics, 1% SC + 0.5% MOS + 0.3% probiotics and 5mg flavomycin per kilogram basal diet, respectively. The broilers were fed from 1 to 42 days. The results showed that the average daily gain of group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈0.05);the feed/gain of group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly lower than that of the control group (P 〈0.05);Each experimental group spleen index, thymus index and thymus index were higher than the control group (P〉0.05);the ND antibody titer of group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05);Lymphocyte proliferative responses of each experimental group were significantly increased induced by ConA (P〈0.05);the serum IgG level of group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than that of the control group(P 〈0.05). In conclusion, the basal diets supplemented with an appropriate proportion of SC, MOS and probiotics could improve the growth performance and immune function.
